Dynamic Digital communication
Over 93% of individuals aged 15 and older are active on social media. Social media platforms are therefore ideal for proactively and cost-effectively keeping road users and local residents in and around project areas informed about current travel and disruption information. We utilize Dynamic Digital Communication (DDC) for this purpose.

THE RIGHT MESSAGE
People scroll an average of 914 meters per day on their phones—that’s more than three times the height of the Eiffel Tower! Therefore, it’s crucial to craft messages that stand out to users. Our team of experts ensures this, from design to text, making deliberate choices to reach the target audience at the right moment with the appropriate message.
HYPER-PERSONALIZATION
Every individual is unique, and our communication reflects that. Instead of categorizing people, we create messages tailored to their needs and lifestyles, combining behavioral science and technology. We conduct behavioral research upfront, develop various text versions, and enhance visuals with external sources, allowing our dynamic campaigns to resonate daily with individuals.
ADDED VALUE
Providing up-to-date information is crucial for improving the perception of disruptions. An informed person is better prepared. Through Dynamic Digital Communication, we target not only the immediate vicinity of the work area but also through traffic and residents/users from farther away. Unlike traditional resident letters, this approach significantly increases the number of informed residents and road users.

FAQ
Messages about upcoming roadworks are displayed via digital channels (Facebook and Instagram). Additionally, during the works, people are kept informed about progress and/or changes.
We reach everyone who lives, works, or travels within a predetermined targeting area. This area is established in consultation beforehand. People outside this area won’t see the messages, ensuring that only relevant individuals are reached.
Messages appear on the timelines of Facebook and Instagram. Users don’t need to follow or like a specific page to see them. This way, we reach over 93% of all local residents.
Every project is unique. Therefore, it’s essential to assess the target audiences and the best ways to reach them. While Facebook and Instagram cover a large portion of the Netherlands, other platforms like LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube are also considered.
People scroll over 900 meters daily on their phones. To stand out, messages must be as personal and timely as possible. For instance, advising someone to cycle during rain isn’t practical. We use insights to automate various messages that are relevant to individuals at the right time.
People are well-informed in advance about the roadworks, increasing stakeholder support and encouraging alternative routes. This reduces potential frustration and keeps the work area calm, ultimately enhancing safety.
During the campaign, a digital dashboard is shared, providing 24/7 insights into statistics and progress.
